This is Tyler's second year skiing, but last year he didnt't like it. This years he is doing really well and went on the little chairlift for the first time. I'm so proud of him, he is growing up so fast. The solid cs is stampin up. The pattern paper is just something I pick up at the Scrapbook store. I was inspired by another sketch from my sketch book. Oh and the title is made with my cricut.
A place to share my love for scrapbooking, stamping and anything else that I've been up to.

Here is another layout I did at the retreat. One that was inspried by a sketch from my sketch book. I will post some more info about that book soon. All the solid cs is SU and I used some fish pattern background paper as well. I used my cricut for the title and the su scallop punch for the border.

Easter
This is one of my layouts I did at the Scrapbook Nook Retreat in Putney, VT. I arived Thur. March 5th at 2:00pm and didn't leave untill Sun. at 3:00pm. It was so much fun and I didn't want to go home. This was my second retreat at the Putney Inn and the food is great too.
I was inspired by a sketch in the Creating Keepsakes April 2009 issue. I thought to sketch reminded me of an egg carton so it would be perfect for easter. I used the a retired hostess simply scrappin kit and some leftover cm stickers. I wished I had dressed Lucas in more pastel colors, but I can do that this year.
Happy Scrapping.

I LOVE YOU
I made this layout using this sketch from page maps, which is a awesome site by the way. They were having a sketch contest.
Recipe:
All the pattern paper is from We R Memory Keepers and is from their Urban Window Collection. The solid cs is from Stampin Up and the colors are really rust, choc chip and very vinilla.
Anyways here is the sketch from page maps so you too can be inspired. I have been on a sketch kick. They are just what I need to get my creative juices flowing.

Bundled Up
This page I totally cased and so happy I did. I found this idea on E-bay she is selling it as a pre-made scrapbook page. I'm thinking about selling pages, but I need to start making them I guess.
Well anyways I kept the layout and colors the same, but I switched the stamp set out, did some embossing and change the sizes of some photo mats. The colors are not quite navy, tempting turquoise, certainly celry, and whisper white. I used the retired set all bundled up(I think) and Big on Christmas I can't seem to find the stamp set at the moment. LOL

Sea World
Sorry I've been missing, but today I will be doing some scheduled posts that will last the rest of the month. I promise I'll do better. So anyways thanks for looking.
Above is my Seaworld layout. For the big circle of pictures I traced a circle on scrap paper(front and back) using a dinner plate. The trick was for the circles matching up was that my scrap paper was a square and the circle went right to the edges. I sure this sounds cunfusing so if you want more info drop me a comment and I'll get back to you. Back to the layout all paper is stampin up and I used some seaworld stickers.
