Isn't this card cute. I pulled this card out of the swap drawer it was created by Crystal D Erzen. The scallop edge was created with the corner rounder. It takes a litte while, but makes a cute edge. But guess what Stampin Up is coming out with a scallop border punch woohoo. I can't wait it will out in the new catalog. Yeah.
